This commercial license should be added to your cart along with the 1 Pattern you want to gain commercial rights.
Effective Date - Date of Purchase
When you purchase one of our licenses you agree to the following terms:
1. This license grants you the right to use our designs for your personal and commercial projects.
2. To physically print rhinestone patterns onto adhesive materials to sell to customers, onto sublimation paper, or onto sublimation tumblers, you need a license.
3. If you are applying our designs to physical products for your own personal use, you do not need a license.
4. If you are printing and sell items with our design on them, a license is required.
5. You cannot resell, distribute or share our designs in any digital format under any circumstances.

• This license is a one-time purchase.
• Our PCD license does not expire.
• This license does not give you the right to redistribute patterns created by PlumCrazyDezigns (aka InkandStonez)

** Commercial License & Angel Policy **
All images now include a free commercial license. You may use purchased images as many times
as you wish for your own personal use and/or on any products you sell, they can be altered
or changed in any way you wish but you are legally NOT allowed to resell the unaltered digital
files online or on media such as USB's or DVD's etc as this is not within the bounds of the
included commercial license or angel policy. You are permitted to store these images within
the memory of digital cutting machines you own, such as the Brother Scan n Cut and you may
also print out the images and sell the printed images online or at craft fairs etc.
Clipart cannot be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed in its original or slightly modified
form as standalone artwork. This includes selling clipart on stock image platforms, clipart
collections, or using the artwork for creating directly competing products.
New designs created with the clipart must be substantially different and not derive their
