HOW TO ORDER:

Carefully check all spelling and capitalization before submitting your order.

Review and approve the digital proof provided to you.
PERSONALIZATION DETAILS:
The size and placement of the personalized name may vary slightly depending on the selected design and the length of the name.
Long names may require smaller lettering or minor layout adjustments. Please enter capitalization, punctuation, and spelling exactly as you want them to appear on the finished tumbler.
PROOF AND REVISION PROCESS:
Your initial personalized design will normally be prepared within 1–5 business days after all required ordering information has been received.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval. Up to three reasonable changes are included. Additional changes or switching to a completely different design after customization has begun may require an additional fee.
Please carefully review the selected design, tumbler size, personalized name, spelling, colors, and placement before approving your proof.
PRODUCTION TIME:
Once the final artwork has been approved, the custom UV DTF design must be professionally produced and applied to your tumbler.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks after final proof approval for your completed tumbler to be prepared for shipping.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Do not place in the dishwasher
• Do not microwave
• Do not soak
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers and harsh cleaning products
• Do not pick at or scrape the design
• Allow the tumbler to dry completely before storing
IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTICE:
The gemstones, rhinestones, glitter, engraving, metalwork, shadows, and dimensional details are digitally illustrated printed effects. The finished tumbler does not contain actual gemstones, rhinestones, glitter, carved metal, or raised jewelry embellishments.
Colors may vary slightly between computer screens, printed artwork, and the finished tumbler.
CUSTOM-ORDER POLICY:
Because this tumbler is personalized especially for you, cancellations and refunds are not available after customization work has begun.
Once the final proof has been approved and the UV DTF design has entered production, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Please carefully review all personalization details before approving your proof.
