PHOTO GUIDELINES:
Please provide clear, well-lit, high-resolution photographs for the best finished result. Images should not be blurry, heavily filtered, cropped too closely, or submitted as screenshots whenever the original photograph is available.
Photographs will be cropped and positioned to fit the featured frames. Minor background cleanup and adjustments may be made when needed, but the quality of the finished wrap depends greatly on the quality of the photographs provided.
PROOF AND REVISION PROCESS:
Your initial custom design will normally be prepared within 1–5 business days after all photographs, measurements, and personalization details have been received.
A digital proof will be provided for your approval. Up to three reasonable changes are included. Additional changes or a complete redesign may require an additional fee.
Please carefully review all photograph placement, names, dates, spelling, colors, and other details before approving your proof. The final PNG file will be delivered after approval.
IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION:
Tumbler dimensions can vary between brands and manufacturers, even when they are sold as the same ounce size. Please confirm that the selected wrap size is compatible with your tumbler before ordering.
For the most accurate fit, measure the exact height and circumference of your tumbler and provide those measurements when requested. Plum Crazy Dezigns is not responsible for sizing problems caused by incorrect customer measurements or differences between tumbler brands.
IMPORTANT DESIGN NOTICE:
The silver metalwork, turquoise stones, engraved details, shadows, and dimensional effects are digitally illustrated elements within the printed artwork. The finished design does not contain actual gemstones, carved silver, or physical embellishments.
CUSTOM-ORDER POLICY:
Because this file is created especially for you, cancellations and refunds are not available after custom design work has begun. Once the final proof is approved and the completed file is delivered, no further changes can be made without an additional design fee.
USAGE TERMS:
You may use the completed design to create physical products for personal use or for sale by your small business. The digital PNG file may not be copied, shared, traded, resold, redistributed, or included in another digital collection.
