How Custom Orders Work

Your horse. Your colors. Your story.

Every custom piece from Plum Crazy Dezigns is created especially for you. Whether you are ordering digital artwork, a personalized tumbler, or another custom keepsake, the process is simple—and I will work closely with you from beginning to end.

1. Choose Your Custom Product

Select the custom artwork, tumbler, wrap, or keepsake you would like to personalize. Product options and available sizes are shown on each listing.

2. Send Your Photos and Details

After placing your order, send your reference photos along with:

  • Your preferred colors

  • The name or wording you would like included

  • Any special details or design requests

  • Your order number and best contact information

The more information you provide, the better I can bring your vision to life.

Choosing the Best Photos

Clear, well-lit photographs produce the best results. Whenever possible, please provide:

  • A sharp, high-resolution photo

  • A clear view of your horse, pet, or subject

  • Natural lighting with minimal shadows

  • Photos without filters, stickers, or text

  • More than one reference photo when available

Please avoid blurry screenshots, heavily cropped images, and photos where important features are hidden. If I have concerns about a photograph, I will contact you before beginning the design.

3. Your Custom Design Is Created

Your initial design proof will normally be ready within 1–5 business days after I receive all required photos and information.

Production time begins only after I have received everything needed to start your order. Complex designs or periods of unusually high order volume may require additional time, but I will keep you informed.

4. Review Your Proof

Your proof will be sent to you for review and approval. Please carefully check:

  • Names and spelling

  • Colors

  • Photo placement

  • Design elements

  • Overall appearance

Your order includes up to three reasonable design changes. Additional revisions or major changes requested after the original instructions have been completed may require an additional design fee.

A revision is an adjustment to the approved design direction—not a completely new design concept. Please provide all requested changes together whenever possible.

5. Approve Your Design

Once you approve the proof, the design is considered final.

Please review it carefully before approving. Plum Crazy Dezigns is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or other details that were included in an approved proof.

Changes requested after final approval may require an additional fee and could delay production.

6. Receive Your Custom Order

Digital Artwork

After final approval, you will receive a link to download your completed files. No physical item will be shipped when purchasing digital artwork only.

Please download and save your files promptly. If you have trouble accessing them, contact me and I will be happy to help.

Custom Tumblers

After your design is approved, I will order the custom UV DTF transfer used to create your tumbler. The transfer is produced specifically for your design and shipped to me for application.

Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from final approval to shipment. This time includes transfer production, delivery to my studio, and the handcrafting of your finished tumbler.

The UV DTF transfer is a production material used by Plum Crazy Dezigns and is not sent separately to the customer.

Other Custom Products

Production times for other custom keepsakes and physical products are shown in the individual product listing. If your order contains multiple custom items, the entire order may ship together when all items are complete.

Colors and Finished Appearance

Colors may appear slightly different from one screen to another due to monitor settings, lighting, printing methods, and product materials.

For custom tumblers and other handcrafted products, slight variations in placement are natural and help make each item one of a kind.

Custom-Order Cancellations

Because custom artwork is created specifically for you, custom orders cannot be canceled once design work has begun.

If you cancel before physical production begins, any eligible refund will exclude the completed custom artwork fee and any nonrecoverable materials already ordered for your project.

Once a custom design has been approved and production materials have been ordered, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Production Time and Shipping Time

Production time and shipping time are separate.

The estimated production time is the time required to create your order before it is given to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates begin after your package has shipped.

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Shipping Delays and Missing Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery times are outside my direct control. Weather, holidays, carrier delays, and incorrect delivery scans can occasionally affect delivery.

If your tracking has not updated or you believe your package may be delayed or lost, please contact me. I will help review the tracking information and assist with locating your package whenever possible.

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to their personalized nature, custom artwork and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was an error on my part.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me promptly and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. I want you to love your finished piece and will work with you to resolve any genuine issue.
